The guy helping at the entrance was really nice and doing his job and I had an issue w my pass for whatever reason bought one but when I came after it won’t open for me as if it’s inactive so I purposely went in the lane where u pay for a car wash bc I knew it wouldn’t open easily and didn’t want to hold the lane up and someone is on the walkie talkie thing giving the worker a hard time about it. Don’t be rude to ur employees it’s gross

I’ve had a great experience with Clean Freak Car Wash near 90th Street and Via Linda. I have the monthly membership, which is around $22 per month, and since I go at least twice a week, it’s an excellent value—especially with all the dust, rain spots, and road grime we get in the area. During my visit today, I noticed some very sticky residue on the side of my car. I asked the manager about it, and he immediately brought out a brush and the cleaning solution they use for bugs and other stubborn debris. He treated the affected area before I went through the wash and also cleaned the front of the car since I had just returned from a road trip. The service was friendly, quick, and helpful. The wash itself is convenient and easy to use, and it keeps my car consistently clean. For anyone with a nice vehicle who wants to maintain its appearance, the monthly membership is well worth the twenty-something dollars.

If you are looking for a good car wash company, you have found it. However, if you want to get yelled at or be ignored, this is maybe your location. If you also want to have your basic needs for wiping interior with water to clean rubber mats, you won’t find a sink here. Instead, we recommend you to use McDowell and 44th street instead. ***Management, I was hoping for a good car wash and clean, but instead was yelled at today by an employee in the public as I tried to look for a sink for the towel, “Hay! Hay! Hay!” So what happened to the idea of respecting customers?

I drove to your car wash about three or four months ago to clean my car. At the entrance to the car wash was a young man offering me one month of free membership with a purchase of one car wash. I specifically asked him if that is a subscription. He said no. You will get a membership for a month and then it canceled automatically or you can renew it. I agreed to pay for that one month membership in a price of one car wash and apparently since then Clean Freak Car Wash have been charging me $27 every month. I definitely did not authorize these charges. I haven't used that car wash membership since the month I created it. I also tried calling, but there is no one that answer the phone. The call is going immediately to voicemail that is too full with voicemails and there is not even an option to leave a voicemail.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Clean Freak for about 12 years, and this was the first experience that left me genuinely disappointed. About a year ago, I was actually recommending this location to friends and family because the staff was amazing and the management was professional, responsive, and timely. Unfortunately, that no longer seems to be the case. During my recent visit, employees in the parking lot directed me to go inside and speak with the manager. When I went into the office area, the manager upstairs appeared to be playing games on his phone for over 15 minutes while I waited. During that time, I was completely ignored. When he finally acknowledged that I was there, he told me someone in the parking lot could help me—even though those same employees had just sent me inside to speak with him. It felt dismissive and unprofessional. Another employee, Dan, did attempt to assist me and was polite, but he explained that he needed a manager code and that management upstairs typically doesn’t help much. That’s concerning, because when management refuses to assist their own employees, it ultimately means customers can’t get help either. This location used to be known for g
